that's where we wanna go, way down to kenting
On April 5, first day of my spring break (only 3 days off), I will be traveling to the most southern tip of Taiwan to Kenting 墾丁and relax on this beautiful beach. Kenting is the destination for spring and summer. There will be thousands of travelers going to Kenting around the same time as us because there is a huge music festival on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. I, however, will not be going to the festival because I don't want to deal with massive crowds/Pingxi experience, and most importantly, I need a quiet break!

are these 2 bottom photos pictures of kending? i didnt think kending would have such clear beach water. i just ended my 10day holiday trip back to taiwan last week, my friends and i planned to go to kending but then decided to head to sun moon lake in nantou instead. sign i wonder when i will get another chance to go back to taiwan during its pleasant seasons so i could visit kending. is winter ok to go to kending?
ReplyDeleteyup, all the three pictures are of kenting. maybe not the main beach, though. there are a few beaches around there. the one i went to is south bay (南灣). hmm winter in kenting? i'm not entirely sure because i haven't spent much winter time in taiwan before, but taiwan's winter can be pretty chilly.
